The community is convenient to Spokane, Washington at under a half-hour drive, as well as Boise, Idaho at just under two hours.

The Spirit Lake community rests in a popular bucolic region of Northern Idaho. The region is teeming with outdoor recreational areas such as Coeur d'Alene, Colville, Saint Joe and Kaniksu National Forests.

Coeur d'Alene is the closest to the community. This renown national forest provides countless hours of recreation, including activities such as hiking, horseback riding, swimming, rock climbing and geocaching, to name a few.

Active Boating & Fishing Lake

The Spirit Lake community differs from that of other private lake communities in Northern Idaho, as it allows for the use of motorized boats on the waterfront. This is great news for water sport enthusiasts, as well as boaters of all ages.
