With more than 71,000 acres and 1,200 miles of coastline covered in a mixture of pine trees and hardwoods, Clarks Hill Lake is Georgia's biggest reservoir and one of the largest inland water bodies in the South.

More than 100 islands are located across Clarks Hill Lake, which extends 40 miles up the Savannah River Valley and 26 miles up the Little River valley.
