The Big Canoe is conveniently nestled in the foothills of the serine Appalachian Mountains, just one hour north of Atlanta. Big Canoe is considered to be the south’s premier mountain community. Three Times the Lake, Three Times the Fun

Golf will be forever changed after you play on the 27-hole championship Mountain Course designed with striking mountain peaks, rushing streams, and lush valleys. Big Canoe’s three Choctaw, Cherokee, and Creek 9-hole courses offer an array of difficulties to test players on all levels.

Home to one of the finest Racquet Clubs in the Atlanta area, Big Canoe is a tennis lover’s dream. With over 300 active players, there are a total of 10 courts to choose from. Six of the eight total outdoor courts are lighted, and four are specifically designated for Pickleball play.

To preserve the natural beauty and ambiance of the lake, only electric-powered vessels are permitted at Big Canoe.
